Choice of Shipping Providers

We have established partnerships with multiple shipping providers to offer you a range of shipping options. This allows you to select the most suitable option for your needs. Additionally, our customers have the convenience of tracking their shipments through the tracking systems provided by these service providers, ensuring transparency and accuracy in delivery timeframes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive comprehensive tracking information, including the shipment's tracking number, enabling you to monitor its progress with the selected shipping service provider.

Delivery within the UAE

• - Free delivery on orders exceeding AED 100.
• - A nominal charge of AED 15 for orders below AED 100.
• - Orders are typically delivered on the same day or the next day within the UAE. (Depending on stock)
• - Additional shipping charges for taxi areas like Ghayathi, Ruwais, etc.
• - Please note that there may be a slight delay of 5-7 days if the requested item is temporarily out of stock.

International Shipping (Outside the UAE)

• - International shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. These costs are not covered by us. This shall apply to returns and replacements.
• - International shipments may be subject to local duties, taxes, brokerage, or other fees imposed by local governments or third-party entities. These additional charges are not included in the initial freight quote and are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the goods. We kindly advise you to familiarize yourself with your local laws regarding customs fees, duties, and taxes.
• - Payment for international shipping must be made in advance to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping process.

Note: UPS or battery-related products are not able to ship outside of the UAE. Mepkart.com doesn't offer direct deliveries outside of the UAE.
